Once you purchase the software and for any reason you face difficulty using the software, we have refund policy in place. Our help is always available through our Support Department (sales@softclinicsoftware.com) if you encounter any difficulties or have questions. We are willing to work with our customers until the problem is solved.
Orders can be cancelled prior to program registration/activation. Your purchase amount will be refunded after deducting bank fees as applicable.
After software registration/activation codes are issued, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.
